SECTION1 - CATTLE

REGULATIONS:

Consideration must be given to suitability of the breed for P.N.G. conditions.
Baby beef steers must show no permanent incisors at the time of inspection.
All Champions in Sub-Sections A & B will be eligible to compete for the title of Supreme Champion Animal of the Show.
All entries in the Fat Cattle Sub-Section must be made available to the stewards prior to the Show for ageing and identification.
Animals paraded in Grand Parade must be under adequate control.
For led cattle the age will be taken as at 1st October of the year concerned.
ENTRY FEE: K2.00 per entry.
PRIZES: Ribbons and cash prize 1st: K250.00; 2nd: K150.00; 3rd K100.00 awarded in each class. Winners of the champion classes will not be awarded points toward the Most Successful Exhibitor Trophy. The Supreme Champion Animal will receive a trophy. Special prize of K200 cash for the BEST LED ANIMAL in the Grand Parade - Sponsored by TRUKAI AGRIBUSINESS

1. Animals entered for judging in this section must be located in the Pig area of the pavilions.

2. All pigs are to be manageable.

3. A porker is classified as weighing no more than 60kg live weight.

3. Entries are restricted to 2 per class per exhibitor.

JUDGING: 11.30 am - 12.30 pm Saturday.
