Precision, colour and community pride take centre stage as 15 schools and community groups march into the Main Arena at this year’s Morobe Show.

Held on Sunday in the late morning, as part of the Official Opening Ceremony, the competition showcases disciplined routines, coordinated drills and marching skills. With smart uniforms, flags flying and banners held high, each group brings its own spirit to the arena.

Groups are judged on:

  • Marching ability
  • Uniform presentation
  • Precision
  • Their identifying banner

Come along and cheer on your school or community group as they compete for worthwhile prizes that support participating groups.
