COUNCILLOR – Kyleen Ambelye
Marching takes to the Main Arena
Sponsored by Raumai 18 Ltd
Fifteen Schools and Community Groups will be dressed in their finery and showing precision Marching Skills at this year’s show on Sunday in the Main Arena. This is a great opportunity to see what students and young people of all ages can do, showing a disciplined group routine of “drills & skills”, with flags and banners flying, bursting with absolute pride!
The Marching Groups perform as part of the Official Opening Ceremony in the late morning on Sunday.
This is a competitive event where groups are judged on the following: marching ability, uniform presentation, precision and their identifying banner.
Don’t miss supporting your School or Community Group and see who takes out the Marching Prizes this year. Prizes are very worthwhile and are a great benefit to the groups participating.
To enter the Competition you need to contact the MPAS Secretary on the contact details below. Participants get free entry to the Show for the day provided they are in their uniform.
